A "Moxie Strategies" poll circulated Sept. 19 puts Hochul at 49% and Blakeman at 37% with 14% other/undecided among 813 voters (MOE ±4.3); no field dates, sponsor or methodology have been published, so The Civic Pulse is not logging it in the poll tracker

Political Wire reported a Moxie Strategies survey of 813 New York voters showing Hochul 49, Blakeman 37, other/undecided 14, MOE ±4.3. Moxie Strategies is a New Jersey-rooted public-affairs and communications firm, not an established independent pollster, and as of this refresh no toplines document, field dates, sample frame (RV vs. LV) or sponsor could be located. The 12-point margin is in line with Siena's Aug. 3-6 likely-voter result (49-39). Logged as unverified in fact_checks; it will be moved to the poll tracker only if a methodology release surfaces.

No public poll in that window shows a tie; the closest, a Red Oak Strategic poll commissioned by the pro-Blakeman Strong and Safe super PAC, showed Hochul up 4.
