Blakeman disputes Siena poll showing Hochul up 10, calls race "neck and neck"
A day after Siena's first likely-voter poll put Hochul ahead 49-39, Blakeman rejected the result, saying "all of the polls we have seen in the last two months have us virtually tied with Kathy Hochul" and hitting Hochul on taxes, electric bills and crime. No public poll in that window shows a tie; the closest, a Red Oak Strategic poll commissioned by the pro-Blakeman Strong and Safe super PAC, showed Hochul up 4.
