Backfill: New York opens the Workforce Pell application portal for short-term job training programs
Hochul announced Aug. 24 that New York has opened the application portal for the Workforce Pell Program, through which higher education institutions seek state approval for short-term workforce training programs eligible for federal Pell funding.
