Per BOE records cited by WNYC/Gothamist, Uber put $3M into Fair and Affordable New York in late August; the PAC spent $1M on an ad in early September. This is separate from Citizens for Affordable Rates, Uber's earlier vehicle tied to the auto-insurance changes in the budget. Published Sept. 10; missed by prior refreshes.
