Hochul's campaign holds $18.5M and the state Democratic Party $15M, per campaign-announced pre-general figures. She did not opt into public matching. Blakeman's July report was amended repeatedly and his new-period numbers were not yet public. The state GOP held $225,500 in mid-July.
