Hochul announces new Great Lakes cruise terminal on Buffalo's Outer Harbor, targeting 2028 season

Hochul launches $250M first phase of Buffalo's Marine Drive public-housing redevelopment — 254 units toward the 100K-home plan

Construction is underway on the $250M first phase of redeveloping Buffalo's 70-year-old Marine Drive Apartments: 254 affordable units across four buildings, with the full $600M three-phase project replacing 616 original units with ~730 new apartments by 2031 under a no-displacement "build first" approach.
