NY Connects dementia and Alzheimer's resource requirement
Amends New York's Elder Law to require the NY Connects: Choices for Long Term Care program to provide information about programs and services available to New Yorkers with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, to help individuals, caregivers and families find home-, community- and institution-based services, and to run an ongoing education and outreach campaign. Signed in Harlem on Seniors Day.
