Sept. 4: Hochul led 18 governors (including Lamont, Moore, Whitmer, Kotek, Stein) in a letter to Attorney General Todd Blanche asking DOJ to reverse its decision to stop relying on its longstanding Olmstead v. L.C. guidance, which protects the right of people with disabilities to receive services in the community rather than institutions under the ADA and Section 504.
