Hochul awards $270M in tax credits and subsidies for 28 affordable housing projects (1,800+ homes)
Hochul and Rep. Paul Tonko announced more than $270M — $61M in federal/state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits plus $200M+ in HCR subsidy — for 28 developments building or preserving 1,800+ affordable homes statewide, credited toward the five-year $25B/100,000-home housing plan. Announced July 13.
